How do you make a poll? The options dont appear until after you make your post?

Before you submit your thread, there'll be a check box below your thread text box that you can mark to start a poll, and type how many poll options you want. Then submit (the submit button below the check box, not the one right below the thread). Then you'll be taken to a page where you fill out your poll questions and answers, etc.
