Fire mage

I tried to do 1-2 bgs as fire just because i played fire pvp in MoP. And lol...its like my dmg doesnt exist ...i badicly have a hard time to kill an afk guy.

Tried to assault a base in Gilnes against a healer priest, i couldnt even bring him below 90% hp

I would never play a mage in pvp because I know that no matter how good you are, a hunter or feral druid will always tear you a new one while being semi-afk.

Mage damage has been weird since cataclysm in my opinion. You barely do any damage during the early season except by playing frost and bursting through combos but otherwise the techniques alone kind of suck.
