New Hunter: How do you deal with "dumb" cleaving mechanics

So happy I'm not the online one with this problem. I literally made an MMO-champ profile just to ask if Barrage is broken.

I'm having this same problem, and I'm heavily considering swapping to Glaive Toss. The hassle of positioning yourself to not pull the mobs halfway across the dungeon doesn't seem worth the time and effort spent to do so, considering most trash packs I seem to end up doing single target/cleave anyway. As far as I know GT is better for single target, so I'm thinking I might as well just take it and treat it as another cleave.

It really does sound like a positioning-problem, Barrage is so insane atm that it needs to have that drawback.

Go glaive toss if you can't handle the pure awesomeness of new Barrage.

With great overpull comes great responsibility.
