"Your attacks .." trinkets as resto

I'm just checking if any other people share my frustration or not.
As a resto shaman I've been getting a lot of trinkets that have "Your attacks have a change to ..." which to me seems absolutely absurd.
I understand you can throw in some damage when everything goes fine but with the healing changes I don't see why they want to 'force' that.
Most of the time I'm busy doing my job healing the group leaving no or few moments to throw in some damage.
I wouldn't mind if there were a few for those who can manage but if it wasn't for a follower mission and a pvp trinket I've be stuck with 588 trickets. (rather than 620/600)
To me it's as odd as an enhancement trinket that said "your heals have a chance to ...".
Trying to figure out if I'm alone in this or not.

Hunter in my guild got http://www.wowhead.com/item=110009&bonus=524 (spirit with vers proc) from personal loot the other night in Everbloom. I think what you are seeing is a bug, I'd recommend a bug report or post in the bug section of the official WoW forums.

If you check loot journal, both resto and elemental can loot dps and healing trinkets.

I got a caster off hand "of the guile" (+armour, +crit) from my CM loot chest,
I was a little disappointed

That's one of the item I ended up getting.
Another is http://www.wowhead.com/item=114429 from one of those Timeless Isle type items, but WoWhead actually says you get it for healing specs

One of our Mages got that item too. I'd recommend keeping it and making a bug report. Maybe they will change the item, hopefully.
