Braindead idiot checking in....Where the hell is the Combantant Vendor?

I found a PVP vendor after getting into ashran for the first time (late 100 here, queue times etc) but after about 4 hours of a stalemate i went back to the vendor to buy a piece of gear and it was gone...then i tried looking everywhere else around and i couldnt find anything.

Is there another PvP vendor with the blue-combantant gear anywhere else in the world?

There's an honor vendor in the bank I believe. The reason you couldn't find them is because they're the end bosses for the other faction to kill so they were probably in battle.
