Mouseover macros help

I have created a bunch of standard mouseover macro spells for my heals which work fine, however I have my raid frames in such a position that on occasion the raid frames overlap with players, and when that happens the macro seems to prioritize the player overlapped with the raid frame rather than the player who I have my mouse over on the raid frame. Is there any way to avoid this? to turn off mouseover for players and have it only work with raid frames?

Hmm. That sounds odd. Can you also just regular left-click select the player in the environment right through the frame (the frame above them being a different player)?

Maybe the frames are configured to be click-through somehow, and it allows mouseover to propogate through too? Not sure I've ever heard of that behavior with raid frames...
