That sounds like an addon issue as I had to alter my TMW icon for consecration to include a timer for my ui.

Elvui pops it down in the lower left corner, just next to the chat box.

Thats from standard ui (it should be just under your char with hp and mana bars). If you have it with changed ui you should have same icon for lights hammer next to it when active (same f.e. shamans got for their totem durations). Dunno how to turn it off (in standard ui it moves with char frame)
