Generally the line gets drawn when it starts interfering with your life. Are you avoiding things you need to be doing or ignoring responsibilities to watch it? Are you watching it in places where it's not appropriate? Are you engaging in risky behaviors in order to get a 'fix'? Porn addiction is definitely a real thing but it's an addiction just as any other addiction, it's harmful insomuch as it affects your ability to function and live a healthy and happy life.
Edit: Should have mentioned, if you find these things are true of you then I wouldn't take nofap's route. There's a lot of self-hatred there, a lot of shame. It's not something to be ashamed of, it can happen to anyone. The key is acceptance and working on bettering yourself to get healthy again. I would recommend therapy as well as it can help you work out any issues that might be causing you to latch onto porn. Addictions occur because we are looking to fill a space. Identifying what it is and working towards that will help more than just abstaining.
