I tested the Mark of Blackrock enchant quite a few times today on the dungeon tanking dummy. I maximized cd's under 50% hp to stay stable as long as possible under the threshold but could not seem to get this to proc. I tried with it both in main hand and offhand.

Does this not work when testing on the tanking dummies? I assume it would since they do in fact damage, and kill you. If it should proc, then it seems like it might actually be broken atm.

Anyone else had any success with it thus far?



Edit: Nevermind, it does proc, just doesn't show up on Skada for some reason. Tracking it now and it's not half bad
