nerf to # of follower missions?

recently (like, since friday i guess) i've been going from a constant healthy dosage of 10-11 missions available to 3-4.

all my people are lvl 100 and im trying to get them all epic etc

has anyone else noticed a pretty big reduction in # of follower missions?

From what i've heard is that you should keep a follower below 100, because you get less mission from level 100.
