I was wondering if anyone had a link to a blue post saying what the ilvl requirements are goin to be when first wing of LFR opens please?

I beleive it was ilvl 635 which is a little high .... for a raid thatciwll drop 640 on LFR. I have been told by a few people it will only require ilvl 615. If anyone is able to help me out would be appreciated.
