Black Friday First Build on a Budget

    Hi guys,

Recently moved to Canada from Ireland and need to build a machine that can handle wow decently, for as little as possible (ideally <$700). I also do some 3DS Max modeling from home, although the machine isn't going to be built for this purpose alone.

I've put together something below, I'd prefer to order everything off the same site, and as Newegg don't deliver to Canada from their US store, it all has to be from Canadian retailers.

ANY help at all that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks so much in advance:
