It takes (a lot of) strength and courage to hold back from being reckless and therefore learn some wisdom.

If you are wise and experienced, you will gain more strength and courage.

Isn't strength and courage a byproduct of wisdom. I understand the question being asked, but I think from your post you meant young ignorance. Which isn't always bad. Sometimes I wish I didn't know as much as I do currently because surprises can be fun, and certain life games become less appealing when you know what's going on.

Yup this is what I meant. Being young and ignorance and less experienced is not always bad.
