Depends on her quality; history of sicknesses in her family, intelligence, skills, obedience, faith. For a good wife, offering genetical enhancement I would pay a lot: 1 mil+ dollars. Excellent breeding is priceless.

A proper partner can't be bought, although I would spent a lot of cash on a digital/robot partner. Genetically engineered Peter Capaldi replicant *swoon*
