Aeda Brightdawn

[Sam the Wiser]

I've been trying to get this follower for some time now, however she no longer appears for me. At start of WOD I did not have my garrison like many others. It wasn't until spires I has forced to go back and set it up. After I hit 100 I went back to collect followers, but Aeda Brightdawn was no where to be found for me. Yes I've done the quest to unlock her. Anyone know what's up with this?

Garrisons were bugged the entire first day on my server, so blame Blizzard.
