My game time is gone

Hey guys,
I was just in the game making a new toon and I got disconnected. I tried to log back in but it didn't work so I checked battle.net and my account has been frozen. I purchased a 180 days from g2a(21 of october) and it worked like a charm but I guess after the free 5 days from blizzard my game time is gone.

What should I do?
This has never happened to me and it's not visual bug because I cannot log in to the game.

Contact Blizzard, best advice anyone here can give you really.

Well your screenshot shows no history of the game card being added so either you never did add it or Blizzard removed it for whatever reason (g2a warnings popping up in my head, I know many people trust them but I never will)

Edit: Your 5 day excempt doesn't show either, only the 7 days return to wow that was issued earlier which points towards that the account wasn't active on the 14th.

Contact customer support, see what the issue is. Something may have been wrong with the key you put in.

Hmm... Gametime was probably bought (by G2A) with a stolen creditcard and now revoked. Contact Blizzard.

What is g2a? I would guess that either they have scammed you, or else payment on the credit you gave them was bad? But yea like the above poster said, contact Blizzard.
