Gladiator Question

So with the nerfs on Shield Slam and Revenge I've been thinking about the rotation..

Is it worth going for revenge everytime It's up and Shield slam is down no matter what? (Single Target). I just feel like Devestate is doing so much more damage and It can proc Shield Slam.

So what I'm thinking is this:
Shield Slam down and Shield Charge is down but Revenge Is up > Skip Revenge and Spam Devestate.
Shield Charge Is active and I just used Shield Slam > Use Devestate to proc Shield Slam and skip Revenge
Shield Charge and Shield Slam is down > Use Revenge

What do you guys think?

Revenge still deals almost twice as much damage. No, you don't want to skip it.
