Say if I wanted to build a computer around a budget of $400. What would be the most optimal setup. Considering I would only play Wow, Battlefield 4, Diablo 3, and maybe some more games around the med to high settings?
I appreciate anyone's suggestions and help.

You're going to be hard pressed to build a PC at all with a $400 budget, let alone play those games on medium-high settings. Maybe if you've got access to a discounted OS (through a program like the MSDN for example) or use a free Linux-based OS like Ubuntu, but even then, you'd probably need to find some amazing deals and/or recycle some parts.
