Warlock Destro BiS List (?)

Wazzup guys, I was trying to find a BiS List for destro, but I thought "Why I don't try to make one?" and then I made this list with stats + percentage + buff + base stats and enchants.. I really don't know if it's 100% right and it's still in progress, so.. that's why I'm posting it.. What do you think about that??? I'm accepting all tips and comments

PS¹: I don't know how devastation (passive) work properly...
PS²: I did it based on my troll warlock and don't know if races influence on base stats.
