Aside from using Deadly Poison on main-hand, what should i be using on my off-hand?

There's no more main hand off hand poisons.
You can have upto 2 poisons, 1 lethal, 1 non-lethal.
Lethal poison in PVE should always be deadly.
Non-lethal doesn't matter and is situational at best. For solo play you want leeching. But in raids, you're probably gonna go cheatdeath/elusiveness. So, more than likely you will be using crippling most of the time in raids.
