Need some Resto help, not a Resto Player

What are the Resto shammy BIS trinkets pre-highmaul? I'm assuming the DMF trinket (x2) would be amazing since they're not unique, but maybe just one and another from a heroic dungeon.

I've seen healers using the 530 item level VP trinket from Cata due to the 5000 mana regen that you can use on CD. I just can't believe that the DMF trinket, which has more than double the intellect and a spirit proc, is worse than that. The person I know who does this bought two DMF trinkets and "tested them" and came up with the cata trinket being better. /mind blown

Can you guys give me some numbers? I cant find stat weights for resto shaman to show the difference in bigger healers (high int) compared to more heals (more mana) based of gear.
