So I have 20 lv100 followers, and I've just built my first barracks, and currently have it at level 2. But the only patrol missions I get from it are lv90 and give 100 exp.
Does it actually grant any proper missions, or what?

It does. Some are lvl 100.
Blizzard: Bosses now also have a chance to drop ponies! A pony makes your character better.
Players: AAARGH ponies are RNG!
Now it's even harder to be perfect. /unsub
They should just make ponies baseline.

Really? All I keep getting are basic missions for level 90's, even though all my followers are lv100.
