What needs to be watched? just glance at your bars from now to then
CLCDK the addon does all out of the package.
Most of your abilities are situational. Just put your abilities in a location that won't compromise your mechanics when you need to see CD's and etc. I keep a smaller square action bar under my character. Find what works for you.
