Help making a macro for wrath healing

Hi! I just started playing WoW again this expansion - haven't played since 2012.

I remember some things, but I pretty much forgot the commands for macro writing. I read up on the forums but I can't seem to get it right.

I am currently using raid frames and clique for healing (ELVUI).

What I want to do is basically what I did with my priest back when I played, but instead of smite I want to do it with wrath.

It's basically:

hover over teammate (tank/dps) and the macro should target his target and cast wrath, but I can't find a way to do it properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
