Proper usage of execute sub-20 for arms

What is the proper usage of execute at the end of the fight?

1) Click execute whenever you are able to, even with minimal rage?
2) Wait for full rage executes?

Also, should I be using mortal strike during execute phase?

I can understand waiting for full rage executes during CS

However, why wait for rage outside of CS? The 10-rage execute is higher DPR

10 rage execute for 160% WD = 16% WD/RP

40 rage execute for 480% WD = 12% WD/RP

Am I missing something?

I believe you should wait for 40 rage before using execute (it costs 10 rage and uses up to 30 extra for more damage) and you shouldn't use mortal strike at all during execute, only rend, colossus smash and execute. Not sure how you should use execute during colossus smash though

You should pool rage without capping so that you have a few high rate executes for the extra damage cs gives. Outside of cs sub 20% you're reapplying rend and just preventing rage cap.

Yes. If you don't pool your rage outside of cs you won't have any for cs. You need to be filling the gcds in cs with high rage executes, not waiting for rage for them.

CS and Execute in this fashion are a really good combination, and using Mortal Strike outside of CS seems like a pretty big waste of potential resources. 40 rage for at least one CS Execute and room for more. Rage ideally should be pooled just before CS is off cool down, with 10 rage Execute being used before CS is close to coming off cd.

How exactly would you pool rage prior to CS then use a 10 rage execute before CS? You don't get to choose which version of Execute to use. If you've previously pooled, you will end up using a 40 rage.
