and fully upgraded (670) somewhere above H signet of crystalline barage as crit>haste.. probably above the 680 heroic rings, below the 695 (purely due to more itemisation points), so best ring pre-mythic.
ED: and thought i'd point out... it appears to be at least somewhat incorrect
say felflame grips pre raid.. I work out the score as 1418.76 - the spreadsheet says 1436.78
