Do Glad warriors get 50% damage taken tank debuff in RBG's?

Was wondering about this but can't seem to find the answer.

I'd think no, if I recall correctly you can't switch between Glad and Def in an RBG, so once you've made your choice it's set, and I wouldn't think Glad would get reduced damage if that's the case.

But someone else will likely know for sure.
