I feel like it'd be fine if Multistrike had a CHANCE to proc embers. Like, 50% per Multistrike hit? Can be nerfed if needed and wouldn't make a huge impact.

Two things where you are making a mistake. First you link a 50th percentile then you link a stationary fight. If you follow your logic then Mages didn't need a buff either.
