Do you consider the Horde to be "the bad guys" or is it more complex?

So after I upgraded my Barracks to Stage 3, my missions just dried up.
Before Stage 3 I had plenty of missions all the time for all my followers, after that I have 4 active, 1 available every couple of hours and 10+ afking followers.

Well, for me it was after I got my followers to 100. I barely get missions now, it's so dumb. Why do I want those extra 5 slots from barracks if I'm barely using them now?

This is what is happening to me. All my followers are 100 but one 99 and my missions are drying up. Mostly because level 100 mission give better rewards BUT take longer so that is why I am guessing...just a guess thou.
