Does anyone know if Dampen Harm will reduce the cleave damage on Butcher? I know it will stop in initial hit, but does it work on the dot?

From what I've seen, no it will not reduce the dot damage, just the initial cleave damage.

Its really simple. If anything will damage you for 15%+ of your max HP, it will trigger Dampen Harm. However i don't think that Butcher's dot will hit for that much.

Not the Dot, but the Cleave gets reduced!
In my Raid we`re taking 2 Stacks before 30%, my Group takes the first, i use ToK on the 1st Cleave and Dampen Harm for the 2nd and since the Buff stays up for 45 seconds it also helps me with the 2nd Cleave Rotation

after 30% with more than 2 stacks, it should trigger but prob not before that.
