So police saw a swastika on the bottom of someone's privately owned swimming pool... who cares? Why is this news?

You could make an entire mansion out of swastika-bricks and have swastika carpeting, and as long as you aren't infringing on the rights of others and you don't have a concentration camp in your back yard, you should be able to do whatever on your private property or believe in whatever you want.
