Need Help New To Paladin

Hey guys,

We are progressing in highmaul and the frist week I was like oh okay im pulling 18-20k nice, i was pumped!
This week a new paladin came into our raid and was out dpsing me with heroic 630 gear and I have Heroic 670 Gear... Like wtf im choked because I suck.. and was thinking that I was doing decent but seeing this guy out dps me I am now worried... Mind you I havent been out DPSED alot but when it does happen from another ret with less gear I worry.

Im using Holy Avenger and FV mainly
My talents are in the right spec Im sure..


Dont have much logs TBH but it did say i was in the 71 percentile of Rets...



Can somebody look at my gear? Help me out am I stacking the wrong Stats?

Can't do much with out logs or even armory, you may not be able to link yet. But Toon name + server + guild would be enough for us to search on Armory and warcraftlogs.
