Help me select a good monitor

Currently my graphics card is Asus GeForce GTX 660-DC2O-2GD5.

Max I think it can pull 105MHZ refresh rate.

I play League of Legends and WoW pretty much exclusively.

My current monitor is just plain garbage so pretty much anything that came out in the last 3 years will be an upgrade.

I would like to go up to 27" I want to make WoW look really good without sacrificing too much performance and not breaking the bank either.

    Thanks for the help.

    $200 - $400

Right now with the xmas season around I am hoping to get a nice one on the cheap.

WoW looks really good on my lil bros 13" imac w/ retina. It kind of plays with a little lag, but looks good. I want that w/ the performance. In a 27"

Though your video card might have some struggle playing at that resolution.

    Otherwise Dell U2414H or Eizo FS2434 but that's 24".

You can get a really good monitor for that amount of money, even a curved one if you wanted to.

I can't really list any specific monitors, but you want to look into 2ms refresh rate, and some good brands I trust are Samsung, ASUS, and BenQ.

    Samsung is iffy.
Asus is pretty bad overall except for PG278Q...
BenQ has some pretty good ones.

pixel response rate is only part of the equation for overall lag. (Not to mention it's usually slower in practice).

I'm using an ASUS monitor right now, 120 refresh rate, 2ms response time..best monitor I have ever owned..absolutely zero complaints.

I can vouch for the BenQ but you might want to invest in a better GPU eventually then. Otherwise my vote goes for the Dell. 27" 1080p just looks meh to me, too few pixels.
