2H Frost in Unholy Presence

is there any simcraft data or people who have tryed it?#

stacked haste as much as i could (enchants/gear) and tryed it, somehow my dps was like 1-2k higher than in frost presence
or is it a glimpse of rng luck

to be honest if i would stack haste especially for pvp cus multistrike is bit of adissapointment in pvp (hits only once than twice) it might feel different/better + gearscaling to 690iLvL =more haste

It may get closer as you get more haste, but I have a feeling that Blizz doesn't want you to be frost in unholy presence, so I think they might step in if that happens. I could be wrong though.

if i would know how to simulate it with full epic 690pvp hastegear
with unholy presence
and one with frost and reduce multistrike to one proc instead of two in simultationcraft then it might be a point where i can makethe decision

you may also see his uptime on the boss increase resulting in higher dps on fights with a lot of running around (tectus, Twins) by virtue of having higher movement.


Do we know if the increased FS cost changes it's chance to proc RC/RE/BT?

Yes it would, its 1.5% chance per RP spent, so it would increase the chance, but mathematically it makes no difference

You can change the stat values at the bottom of the page after you import, but remember, you need to change each individual piece AND the totals for each stat. As far as reducing MS, I cant help you there.

I have no clue,I just switched presences in the sim, I didnt look that deep

So compared to my raiding on Tuesday I feel my dps has dropped about 2-3k in both 2h Frost and Unholy. I've not mad any gear change's and we have all buff's and what not in the raid. Anyone else noticing this or was I just having crap luck with my crit's/multi strikes. I've not seen anything in patch note's that would make any difference with my number's or did I miss something?
