Questions about LFR loot.

1. It says that I have looted each boss in HM LFR but I have not and I only have one piece of gear from the instance.
2. I never clicked on that piece of gear. It was mailed to me, so are we forced to take the loot no matter what?
3. If you have legit looted all the bosses can you use a seal to get another item or will it be gold only, as it still gives the option to actually use it.

1) By looted all bosses it means you killed all bosses. If you killed all bosses you looted them all.
2) You get loot whether you want to or not. It gets mailed to you if you forgot to actually click the corpse, so Blizzard is nice and you still get the item. Also, getting loot from boss 1 does not stop you from getting loot from boss 2. Loot is not guaranteed, so that's why you only got 1 piece and not 3 (or 4 or however many bosses there are)
3) You can go back and coin and have a chance at an item.
