I know, its fundamental problem of blizz design. They wanna have nonfrustrated melee in game, so they gave them over time all kinds of shit (breakers, movement, ranged stuns, interupts, reflect/absorbs).
Then they wanna have nonfrustrated casters what can be done only with Instant damage when you gave all kind of shit to melee. You cannot give casters strong instant ccs because that would make frustrated melee again.
At the end you get this wonderful clusterfuck where melee have 100% uptime and casters with Instant cast do more damage like with casting time casts because you have to take pve into account (when instants are strong then casts have to be weak). If you make casts with casting time stronger then you have to nerf Instants what will make casters frustrated bcs of no dmg in pvp and fuckup in pve movement fights.
