Spreading Diseases As Frost

Hey guys, so I've decided to come back and play a bit of my frost dk for WoD, but I was just wondering, since Pestilence has been removed from the game, how should I be spreading diseases since manually applying them seems like a waste of runes and dps. Would Blood Boil be okay to use in a situation like this?

Just do a quick BB if needed.

Sweet, thanks for the replies. I just remember in MoP it was kind of.. forbidden for Frost to use BB.

Also you could take Unholy Blight. it's technically a minor dps loss over Plague Leech, but I really like it in Heroics and Highmaul due to large add/trash packs. Even on just cleave fights I enjoy using it.

Wait so BB > HB for frost? I thought it was just BB once to spread then HB spam.
