How do i move friendly npc health bars?

Hey all,
i need to move npc health frames, for mushrooms on Brackenspore. At the moment i just have a small hp bar under my mini map, which i can't move.

I do not want to change my whole ui, or my raid frames, i use blizz standard frames, they work fine apart from this issue. I simply want to be able to move/configure that npc health bar, so i can put it closer to my raid frames. What is the easiest way to do that?
