Hey,
I see some of the logs with rets using seraphim on pull. (In the first 0-1sec.) I assume they can pool 5HP before fight. I remember this being done with the mop 4p holy pvp set, but tried this myself with the old crafted set and seems it was fixed, is there any way of still doing this?

It was just fixed a few days ago.
The logs you saw were recorded before the hotfix.

As far as I know now - BELFs can Arcane Torrent 1 HP pre-pull. Do not know of any others since the MOP PVP hotfix.

Procs your trinkets, which will cost you more dps than you gain from starting with 5 holy power. If you can even find critters to kill.
