[Prot] Is the Prot DPS spec viable?

You want GC procs as much as possible to increase your dps (and survival) anyway. Off tanking without any procs and crap Hopo generation will suck and will result so much less dps than a TANK prot pala would do.

Alas, besides crit~parry only haste generates more GC procs. I'm glad Blizz added CS and HotR back to GC since offtanking would definitely suck without it...

It started well enough, honest discussion about potential builds and 1h vs. 2h etc.

Then *poof* as if some genai, sorry, genie* got involved it skewed off topic and turned into a meaningless debate about subjective interpretation about what classifies as a spell.

I guess it was fun while it lasted.
