About to overclock i5 4690k but have temp questions

So, I'm about to start overclocking my cpu but I had a couple questions and concerns beforehand that other places didn't seem to have a definitive answer about. My question relates to is my idle temperature too high. I am fluctuating around 37-46 celcius with most of it spent in the 40s. I was wondering if that's too high. This is all at stock

cpu i5 4690k
motherboard msi pc mate z97
cooler master hyper 212 evo.

You should check what are the temps during load. Load a stress test like Aida64 for 15min and check the temps.
