Addon to show "targeted by"

I'm looking for an addon that shows "targeted by".

I know xperl used to do this and I heard tiptac does this, but I can't find where tiptac does this.


For basic reasons I need to make sure our dps in raid are targeting the correct targets at the right times. For example (Big adds in kargath, mind fungus, add(s) on imperator)


If you know how to configure it please feel free to explain it for tiptac. I have looked at a few addons, but most were discontinued it seems. Like cirks.

Wow...I even had it enabled. I just haven't used tiptac this expansion.
