    Help my DPS

I know we've been getting nerfs and any upgrades we get are going to feel pretty minimal when we get an additional ~5% nerf between each raid week but I'm incredibly disgusted by my DPS.

At this point I'm still not sold on how I want to gear(ST vs. Cleave) but since there are so few options available thus far I'm not really concerned about it. I'm more interested in how I failed to play my character correctly vs. my enchants or gems or double potting etc...

Any criticism is welcome. Be as mean as you like, or finish your sentences with smiley faces it doesn't matter to me. Just please include useful information.

i looked over your butcher kill this week and all i really saw was you had 10 stacks of TEB and didnt use them for your second FoF, and then later it looked like you ended your Serenity with a FoF which I think is a dps loss because you spend even longer energy capped....but I'm not certain. Also I'm bad at analyzing logs...but with 2 static trinkets keeping you from having to monitor procs FoF is where you want to use your stacks, for sure.

EDIT: here's a comparison of my log with yours, it's interesting because the fight duration is within 2 seconds of each other, and my ability usage looks extremely similar to yours but I did more damage with 10 less ilvl. Could just be Scales of Doom is an OP trinket but I'm not sure.

Bump for more feedback. Don't worry too much about the brackenspore attempts since we use a gimpy strat

from the looks of it youre starting every pull with 0 chi and youre not pre potting. it also looks like your opening rotation is very sloppy. an ideal opener is to start the fight with 4 or 5(5 or 6 with ascension) chi, do this by expel harming pre pull, i generally start as soon as we get to the boss and we are prepping for the pull.

    pre-pot
    Chi wave
    Xuen
    FSK
    TP
    RSK
    BoK
    Chi brew x 2
    TeB
    FoF
    jab
Serenity - during this BoK and use RSK and TP to maintain debuff if necessary
After serenity ends there is more or less a priority that you want to maintain. what works for me is
    maintain TP buff
    Maintain RSK buff
try to line TeB up with FoF on cooldown (still do this if you have < 10 stacks because you risk delaying FoF and it will throw off your rotation the entire fight). unfortunately TeB is not an exact science and there is lots of theorycrafting on how to best utilize it, play around with it and find out what works best for your play style!
if FoF is on cooldown and you have 10 stacks of TeB, line it up so that youll be able to fit FoF into your rotation before TeB falls off
try to use 2nd potion in a time where either you have 10 stacks of TeB/trinkets/ up and are about to enter into FoF or serenity, this is possible on longer fights but on shorter fights I generally try to line up the 2nd potion with my 2nd serenity, but other people with have other priorities for it.
    Serenity on cooldown
    Xuen on cooldown
This is what works for me and i am constantly looking for and trying out new styles in my rotation, so dont take advice as an end all be all for your rotation.
