    FPS drop in BF4

    My specs are

    GTX 760
    FX-6300
    8GB RAM
    Windows 8.1

I am often getting huge fps drops during matches.. regardless of graphic settings. Why is that?

shrug...lol Not really enough information to go on.

are you over clocking your FX 6300? might help....
760 isn't the latest greatest but should be ok....
    8gb ram should be fine....
Windows 8.1 is better for AMD then win7 and runs faster...so that's good...

lately it seems a lot are having driver issues....Microsoft is making errors....lot of games are having updates...blaa blaa etc etc...

You can monitor your CPU usage and memory usage graphically and see if your CPU is getting pegged or your memory is....

    general system clean....

start/ run- type (msconfig) press enter or ok. then goto start programs and turn them all off. goto the services tab check mark "hide microsoft services" then disable all.
    reboot
    Ccleaner
    Malwarebytes
    virus scan
    rootkit scan(NPE;malwarebytes;spybot---they all have one)
    defrag(Auslogics)
Revounistaller-- for finding unwanted unneeded programs and cleaning the left over files and registrey items

unistall and clean your drive of graphics drivers then reinstall----there's some more pointed settings issues that might help...maby goto the BF4 website for more tchnical advice for that game.
