    Probably not even that. I don't know why the number 45minutes is sticking in my head but when my grandparents went over a few years back to see family, they'd landed by the time we got home.

    The flights are longer now though because of throttling, takes slightly over an hour in the air now.

    Not really, Ireland and Britain are less similar than US and Canada if that's what you're thinking.

    Different heritage entirely, one being Celtic, the other being Anglo-Saxon/Norman for the most part.

    Not to say there'll be major culture shock, I've travelled a fair bit so I'm not even remotely worried about it.
