How good is Copeland's Clarity in current state for frost?

So is this combined with the Quiescent Runestone bis before blackrock foundry.

Would love to here some top mythic raiding mages opinion on this.

it's not rated that high atm compared to some of the mythic combos ,runestone and shard seem to be best for frost which go without saying because of the huge intellect they have

This exactly, Last round of buffs buffed the static stat of many trinkets, DMF and Shard got a flat intellect buff whereas Copeland's got a crit buff.

Heroic Runestone > CC
CC > Heroic Shards.

So use CC until you get a Mythic Shards.
