I don't understand this.
I have targets Poisoned, and yet I'm not getting the buff on my bars, or the bonus regen? (Kargath Fight.)Venom Rush

I use standard blizzard buffs (only reskinned) and i see it correctly. I don't know if it's the indended functionality, but you have always on a stack of the buff, stacking up to 3. Don't have a screenshot right now, but it has the same icon of the talent.

The only problem I have with this talent is that it occasionally drops off whenever I use a special ability, so the uptime ends up being like 87%. I've never seen the problem that you have, however.
Check your character pane and see if you have the additional haste, it might just be a UI bug and the aura isn't displaying.

I still have some LFG's to complete for Normal over the weekend, I'll see if I can't get log them and continue to watch them... I'm hoping it's just a game UI bug and actually does get applied in the character sheet.
