Fast auto looting of corpses, a mouse over macro?

With the advent of Ashran I have noticed the speed at which some loot corpses like they do it on the move.

This got me to thinking there must be a way to mouse over corpses auto looting them that is the only way I can figure they do it.

Anyone know if there are a mouse over auto-looting macros that accomplishes this?

Perhaps the Loot-a-rang works there? I haven't tried. It would probably give you an edge.

Pretty sure macros can't be involved with looting. Definitely not something that would just auto loot anything you put your mouse over.

if you only refer to fast looting then loot-a-rang is the answer, it's the best thing introduced to loot after the AoE looting feature

you can use the "interact mouseover" keybind but it's just as fast as right clicking
