I'm capped and a bit overwhelmed.

Got my prot warrior to 100 and i'm planning on using tank/glad Offset for raiding.

It seems that i'm short on garrison resources and gold, but I managed to get silver on proving grounds, but I imagine I can't just waltz into heroics quite yet.

What exactly do I do? I obviously need gold for stuff and my blacksmithing isn't to 700 quite yet. I have a band of followers that i've just sent on missions for stuff.

Can anyone give me some sense of direction here?

I would jump into heroics if I was you, if you got silver you should be alright

If you have the inn, recruit followers with the Scavenger trait. This will help improve your garrison resource generation tremendously if you have two or three with different counters.

The Trade Post is excellent for resource generation if you can game it well each day otherwise the Lumber Mill is a surefire way to generate extra resources just by harvesting trees. Having both for a little while at least isn't a bad idea for your first 100 to build up a stockpile of resources.
