Balance druid correct rotation?

For people running Balance of Power, should we still cast moon/sunfire during peak buffs, or just ignore the peaks if dots are up and with sufficient time?

Ignore the reapplying of dots, unless you need to update them for SS procs

Given that they fixed procs when mobs die, for the most part just reapply when they run out on something. Peak buff is a bonus when you happen to use it.
